The breakfast was a total letdown, seriously lacking anything worth mentioning. I discovered little hairs in the bathroom which is disgusting. Honestly, I almost wrote a good review but then realized there was no pool available, and nobody seemed to care about my comfort. I definitely expected more, but clearly, that was too much to ask.

Nice base for exploring Vienna. Unusual place with free Wi-Fi and poolside restaurant. Huge, neat room and brilliantly helpful staff at the check-out. Satisfactory breakfast with great-tasting varieties, the best location.

Check in without any problem, the room for us was prepared earlier than 14:00 o'clock. The room is large and very well equipped. . The staff at the reception is pleasant. And the breakfast perfect. . I recommend this hotel. Good location, about 5 minutes to the subway.

I stayed for 1 night, and it was a great pit stop on our trip. The receptionist booked us a taxi to the Belvedere Palace, super helpful. We enjoyed the pool and sauna! Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Reception staff was friendly and even spoke Polish 😊

Convenient public transport access for exploring the city.

I found the breakfast offered to be quite disappointing, lacking both selection and quality. The atmosphere in the breakfast hall was overly noisy. Although the gym facilities were great, many key amenities like the pool were not operational , which was like a significant letdown.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!

I spent three nights in a Comfort Double Room and loved the spacious layout. The gym facilities were great! Breakfast was enjoyable, although a few more warm options would elevate it. Easy access to public transport made exploring the city easy. Bring your own snacks for late-night cravings!

In the "quiet area" some Russians have been talking loudly, shouting and telephoning for hours.

Everything was good, friendly welcome, large rooms, clean. If you have an appointment in the area, the location is good.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and really good breakfast made my stay enjoyable, especially with the convenience of public transport providing easy access to explore the city center during my weekend visit.

We had such a cozy stay with plenty of tasty food options offered at the hotel restaurant, which was a nice surprise after a long travel day. The spa facilities were amazing, featuring a sauna and a relaxing area to unwind. One little thing I'd mention is the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in some areas, but it didn't spoil our fun!
